Apartment renovations

Since we bought our apartment in Peyia in the summer of 2017, we have carried out a huge amount of work on the apartment outside and interior.

Phase one was to completely paint and decorate the whole interior, nice and fresh white. Then it was brand new furniture for the front bedroom, king size bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps. A new L shaped comfy sofa and TV unit for the lounge, together with a nespresso and aerochino machine for the kitchen. New white egyptian cotton towels and white bedding for the beds with greek blue throws and cushions.

The second phase in November 2017 was to have the rear patio completely revamped.  This included removing 3 trees and having a concrete base with paving stones.  This is makes the whole rear area a much bigger space with rattan furniture and outdoor lighting.  The patio gets the morning sun and in high season provides a warm, private space to sit out

New black out blinds were fitted to the bedrooms, new mattresses for the rear bedroom and 13.5 tog duvets for the winter guests.

The we started to add some little touches to make it more personal and feel like home.  We wanted to use local artists, shops and craft fairs to add pieces to the apartment and will continue to do so.
